1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all Plans provided by the Venue.
Any additional notices, guidelines, or instructions issued by the Venue shall form an integral part of these Terms.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and individual Plan descriptions, these Terms shall prevail.
2. Reservations and Confirmation
Reservations must be made through the methods designated by the Venue.
A reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon our acceptance and issuance of a confirmation.
Provisional bookings, verbal communications, or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed reservation.
3. Fees and Payment
Plan fees are as stated on each Plan page or as otherwise presented by the Venue.
Unless otherwise specified, full payment is required in advance.
Once payment has been made, refunds, prorated adjustments, or transfers of unused portions are not available.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the conditions specified by the Venue.
Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless otherwise stated for a specific Plan):
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the Plan fee
- Cancellation on the day prior: 50% of the Plan fee
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made for any reason, including personal circumstances.
In the event of a same-day cancellation, 100% of the Plan fee will be charged regardless of prior notice.
This applies equally to cancellations due to weather conditions, health issues, or transportation delays.
5. Late Arrival and No-Show
In the event of late arrival or non-attendance by the guest or organiser,we do not extend service times, adjust the schedule, or offer any reduction or refund.
The Venue shall not be liable for any portion of the Plan that cannot be delivered due to late arrival.
Any resulting inconvenience or loss shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
6. Weather Conditions
For Plans involving outdoor areas (such as the terrace), the Venue reserves the right to modify, relocate indoors, or cancel certain elements based on weather conditions (including rain, strong winds, or temperature changes), at its discretion.
No refunds, rescheduling, or fee reductions will be made on the basis of weather conditions.
Alternative arrangements are not guaranteed.
7. Entertainment and External Arrangements
Music performances, live acts, lighting, video production, floral arrangements, and other elements may be subject to change or cancellation due to weather, transport issues, health conditions, or technical difficulties.
In such cases, no refunds or fee reductions will be provided.
The Venue assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from third-party suppliers or performers arranged by the guest.
8. Schedule and Time Management
The order of service, timing, and content of the Plan may be adjusted based on operational circumstances.
The allocated time includes preparation and clearing time.
Additional charges may apply if the agreed usage time is exceeded.
9. Use of Facilities and Equipment
Furniture, equipment, and fixtures must not be moved, altered, or removed without prior approval.
Any damage or contamination will be charged at actual cost.
If restoration is incomplete, additional fees may be applied at the Venue’s discretion.
10. Photography and Filming
The Venue may photograph or film Plan activities for record-keeping and promotional purposes.
Where required, separate consent will be obtained for the use of such materials.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Guests and their parties must not engage in the following:
- Conduct that causes disturbance to other guests, staff, or neighbours
- Unauthorised commercial activities, solicitation, or resale
- Any act contrary to public order, morals, or applicable laws
- Use of the Venue’s name, address, or telephone number for business registration or contact purposes
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Venue.
13. Amendments
The Venue reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice.
Any amendments shall take effect upon publication on the official website.
