is seeking individuals who aspire to refine cuisine, service, and atmosphere together.
Centered around premium grill cuisine, BLACK TERRACE offers a refined dining experience.
The expansive venue accommodates 75 to 100 guests and features a range of settings—
including a main dining area, terrace, bar, and private rooms—
designed to welcome guests across a variety of occasions.
We host an international clientele, including distinguished guests and public figures,
offering far beyond dining—an experience to be savored.
Positions (Full-Time)
| Service / Floor Staff Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥400,000 Determined based on experience and ability |
| Restaurant Manager / Store Manager Candidate Responsible for overall management, including operations, team leadership, and staff development Monthly Salary: ¥300,000 – ¥500,000 (negotiable) |
| Sommelier Responsible for wine curation and pairing proposals Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000 Based on experience, performance, and certifications |
| ResReception / Front Staff Handling reservations, guest reception, and guidance Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥400,000 Based on experience and ability |
