At BLACK TERRACE, we are committed to creating a space where guests dining with their dogs, and those without, can all enjoy their time in comfort.
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following guidelines.
Guidelines
- Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times and under close supervision,
or remain in a buggy or carrier. - A maximum of three dogs per party is permitted.
- Please refrain from using toys that make noise or calling your dog loudly.
- Moving furniture or standing to take photographs inside the restaurant is not permitted.
- Dogs may sit on sofas or chairs only if they weigh under 7kg,
and must remain in a carrier, basket, or on your lap.
Please ensure that dogs do not place their paws on the table. - Dogs are not permitted in the restroom.
- Please refrain from using toilet sheets inside the restaurant.
We kindly ask that walks are taken before or during your visit. - Used pet items, including nappies and waste, must be taken home by the guest.
- If a dog displays excessive barking, aggression, or disruptive behaviour,
and the environment cannot be maintained safely,
we may request that you leave, even during your meal. - Any damage or significant soiling to furniture or interiors may incur repair or cleaning charges.
- The Venue accepts no responsibility for any incidents or disputes
occurring within or around the premises.
