Sakura Course – A Seasonal Spring Lunch Course

This limited-time lunch course is offered exclusively during the cherry blossom season.
The experience begins with a seasonal amuse, followed by a trio of delicately composed appetisers inspired by sakura, a choice of main course, and a dessert of strawberry and sakura.
Each dish is crafted to express the subtle colours and refined aromas of spring.

This seasonal lunch course celebrates ingredients at their peak during the cherry blossom season.
For the main course, guests may select from pasta, seasonal fish, or a choice of Angus beef.
An optional three-glass non-alcoholic pairing is also available.
