Pet Policy

This Pet Policy sets out the terms and conditions for guests wishing to dine with pets at BLACK TERRACE (“the Venue”).
By visiting with a pet, guests (“you” or “the guest”) agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Permitted Pets
Only dogs are permitted. Other animals, including cats, are not permitted. A maximum of three dogs per party is allowed.

2. Advance Notice and Agreement
Guests must inform the Venue in advance when visiting with a dog.
Please provide details including the number of dogs, breed, and size at the time of booking or prior to arrival.
First-time guests are required to review and agree to this Policy.
For members (e.g. My Beloved Pet Club), agreement is required only once.
Non-members are required to agree upon each visit.

3. General Conduct
All dogs must be in good health and up to date with vaccinations.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and under the full control of their owner.
Guests are expected to ensure that their dogs do not cause disturbance.
If a dog displays excessive barking or disruptive behaviour, guests must follow staff instructions.

4. Areas of Access
Dogs are generally permitted in both indoor and terrace areas.
However, access may be restricted depending on operational circumstances.
Terrace seating may not be available due to weather or capacity.
Large dogs may be subject to additional restrictions at the Venue’s discretion.

5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of their dogs at all times.
The guest accepts full liability for any injury, damage, or loss caused by their dog to other guests, animals, or property.
The Venue accepts no responsibility and is not obliged to intervene in any disputes or incidents.

6. Hygiene and Equipment
Guests must immediately attend to any accidents and follow staff instructions regarding cleaning.
Any damage or excessive soiling may incur charges for cleaning or repair.
Guests are requested to bring their own pet-related items, including bowls, bedding, and hygiene supplies.

7. Pet Menu and Services
The Venue may offer a dog menu (à la carte items); however, availability is subject to change.
Special items such as celebration cakes for dogs may require advance reservation.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
The Venue reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or terminate service where a dog’s presence is deemed to compromise the safety or comfort of other guests or staff.
In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

9. Disclaimer
The Venue shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, or losses arising in connection with pet accompaniment.
The Venue assumes no responsibility for disputes or incidents between guests.

10. Amendments
This Policy may be revised without prior notice.
Any changes shall take effect upon publication on the official website.
